SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to RI Steady's shipping policy. We are committed to delivering your chosen fashion items and accessories directly to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Our shipping methods are reliable, ensuring that your order is securely packaged and dispatched. We offer competitive shipping rates and free shipping to over 50 countries, as well as the option to track your package for the latest delivery updates. Our products are dispatched from various facilities around the world, and will be shipped from the closest facility to your location. The delivery timeframe ranges from 5 to 20 business days, depending on the customer's location and specific shipping challenges to certain destinations. Additionally, as our products are Print-On-Demand (POD), this is why shipping may take a minimum of 5 days from the time of order.

 

Incorrect Address - Should the courier deem the address provided as inadequate; the shipment will be sent back to our facility. You will be responsible for the costs of reshipment once we have verified a new address with you (where applicable). All customers in Europe are requested to include their phone number, as advised by the courier company, to facilitate swift and efficient delivery. This is also a requirement of their shipping and delivery policy.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At RI Steady, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our hassle-free return and refund policy has got you covered. Simply follow the easy steps outlined in our policy to initiate a return or request a refund. We believe in making your shopping experience with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

 

Please read below return policy and contact us before submitting any return, the addresses mention for return should be only for return and nothing else. If by any reason you sent out all other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to our address will be returned to the sender, as we're not legally permitted to open correspondence that's not addressed to them.​​

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.​​If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us immediately.

 

The return address is set by default and will be listed or mention on your package. If return won’t be sent to the mention address on your package, no refund will be granted.​​

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer will be liable for the reshipment cost (if and as applicable).​​

 

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.​​

 

Please contact us before returning any products, except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

 

​​Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

​

  • the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

​

  • sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore, we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.​​

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
